How fast is standard turnaround?
We’re pretty fast by default. Our official times are standard delivery is 3-5 business days for individual songs and 8-10 weeks for full shows, however we’re often much faster than that. Rush available to guarantee delivery within short timeframes. Timelines will vary by scope.
Do I need licensing?
Usually, you will need to obtain rights to perform the show from the publisher. If you’re unsure, we’ll advise if it’s required and outline steps.
Can you match our choreography?
Yes—we’ll match your notes for vamps and cues along with any custom additions you provide.
What formats do you deliver?
WAV/MP3, delivered as downloads from your Broadwaytrax account. Your downloads never expire, so you can come back to them again and again.
Can I pay with a Purchase Order?
Yes! While it's faster to use a credit card and go through our automated booking process, you can chat with us and we'll set up invoicing for your organization's billing department.
What are the payment terms?
Customizations and single track orders are billed up front. For full show and larger projects, we take a 50% deposit to reserve your production time, and then charge the remainder upon delivery.
